Community Survey Launches May 13, 2025!

The Strategic Planning Committee is releasing a new survey on May 13, and we’d love your input This one focuses on communication—how we connect, grow, and thrive as a community. 

Please take a few minutes to complete it. Your feedback helps us make meaningful improvements. Encourage your neighbors to join in too—and make sure their email is on file with the POA office so they don’t miss it!

RSVP for a members only event is required for participation. No RSVP, NO reserved seat. For dinners the 19th Hole requires the serving number directly following a RSVP deadline of an event. Please understand, we are contracted to pay the 19th Hole based on the number of dinner reservations filed by the RSVP deadline, regardless if you actually attend or not.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please report a cancellation as soon as you can. Cancellations after the RSVP deadline can be reported and we will do our best to help fill it but it is ultimately your responsibility to honor that commitment and dinner cost.

Please make sure to complete all prior reservation data as it applies to each individual's cancellation. We will only cancel the individual members/guests you note.
