Good morning,
We wanted to inform everyone that the Annual Assessments are due by January 31, 2025. You will need to pay the full amount by January 31, 2024 (by Credit Card, Debit Card, Check, Cash, or Money Order), to avoid late fees.

If you elect to pay monthly, please be mindful that there is a $120 non-annual payment fee that is due by January 31, 2025, as well to avoid late fees. Automatic payments can be set up in the office or by using the online portal* payment section as well.

If you need to make a payment you can pay online through the portal*, call 936-594-3805 opt 4, or you can go into the office at 205 Westwood Dr. E Trinity, TX 75862. There is also a drop box on the front porch for after-hours and weekends.

If you are unable to walk into the building to make a payment or drop off any paperwork during business hours you can call the office at 936-594-3805 opt 4 and one of our staff members will meet you in the parking lot outside the building.

Please disregard this email if you have already paid your annual assessments or set up monthly payments.
