Dear Property Owners,

The Strategic Planning Committee will be re-sending the second community survey on
Monday or Tuesday of next week. This is to ensure broader participation, as many
residents have not yet received or completed the survey.

This round, the survey will be sent to all email addresses currently on file with the POA
Office.
If you have already received and submitted the survey, there is no need to respond
again—your input has been recorded.

For residents who do not have an email address on file or who were unable to complete
the survey online, the Committee will hold an in-person hard copy response session on:

Thursday, June 5th at the Clubhouse
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

If you believe the POA Office has your correct email address but you do not receive the
survey by Wednesday, please check your junk or spam folder in case it was filtered there.
